
Jennifer Betka is a seasoned interactive industry executive with more than 14 years of experience in creating innovative interactive marketing and advertising programs for leading consumer brands. In her current role as Senior Vice President of Marketing for Veoh Networks, Inc., Jennifer oversees marketing and programming for Veoh.com, the company’s online video hosting site, and VeohTV, Veoh’s free downloadable application that turns online video into Internet Television.
Prior to joining Veoh, Jennifer was Vice President, Interactive at SIRIUS Satellite Radio. While there, Jennifer developed and oversaw the launch of SIRIUS Internet Radio, the company’s paid online streaming service. Jennifer also spearheaded the launch of Howard Stern’s move from terrestrial radio to SIRIUS in January 2004, which resulted in the largest entertainment event on the Web at the time. Prior to SIRIUS, Jennifer held multiple senior marketing executive positions at Time Warner Inc. As Vice President of Time Warner Global Marketing Solutions, Jennifer helped to establish the first cross-divisional marketing organization to create integrated programs for Time Warner’s top clients.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has been at the forefront of emerging interactive spaces – from her tenure at Time Warner, where she headed sales strategy for America Online (AOL) and its portfolio of commerce properties to her role at GE creating new content distribution models for its new MSNBC channel.
An avid fan of fashion and design, Jennifer is also founder of Twig New York, a salon for art and commerce to represent emerging and independent designers to the style industry. |
